Porsche Panamera Service Intervals

The Panamera is like a family-friendly sports car thanks to its athletic performance and practical interior.

However, to keep this sporty machine performing as the manufacturer intended, you need to stick to the Porsche Panamera service schedule. Follow our guide and your Panamera will continue serving you and your family for years to come.

Porsche Panamera Engine Maintenance and Service Intervals

Your maintenance schedule will depend on how frequently you drive your Panamera, with the interval based on mileage or time. In general, servicing should be carried out every year or every 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.

10,000 miles or 1 Year

After 10,000 miles or one year, your Panamera is due its first health check. During this scheduled appointment, a trained technician will:

  • Change the oil
  • Replace the oil filter
  • Inspect the underbody for fluid leaks
  • Check brake lines and hoses
  • Inspect the tires

These same inspections and replacements will be made during every maintenance appointment.

20,000 miles or 2 Years

Continual usage of your Panamera means additional servicing is required after two years or 20,000 miles. In addition to the one-year general maintenance tasks, your local center will top up the brake fluid, inspect the drive shaft boots for leaks and damage, and ensure each of the following is functioning correctly:

  • Cabin air filter
  • Windshield wipers
  • Horn
  • Seat belts
  • Headlights
  • Brake pads and discs
  • Radiators and air intakes

Your Panamera will also be taken for a test drive, giving the experts a chance to test and monitor the working condition of various systems and components, such as the remote control, parking and foot brake, clutch, steering, heating, and air-conditioning. Depending on which Panamera model you own, ParkAssist, cruise control, and other driver-assist functions may also be inspected.

30,000 Miles or 3 Years

At the three-year or 30,000-mile point, your Panamera will undergo the 10,000-mile general checks and receive new spark plugs.

40,000 Miles or 4 Years

The 40,000-mile servicing interval incorporates many of the elements from previous years. Technicians will also remove the tires to conduct a thorough inspection of the braking system and check the:

  • Steering gear
  • Tie rod joints
  • Axle joints
  • Exhaust system
  • Fuel lines
  • Engine air filter
  • Tire sealant

50,000 Miles or 5 Years

Less maintenance is required during the five-year appointment, and your servicing center will carry out the regular 10,000-mile maintenance.

60,000 or 6 Years

After 60,000 miles or six years, it’s time for an oil change in the PDK transmission.
Sticking to the recommended maintenance schedule will ensure your Panamera remains in top working condition.
